Account Deletion Request

JamesMap CRM is a private business CRM used by authorized real estate teams. User accounts are usually created and managed by the company administrator, not through public self-registration inside the mobile app.
How to Request Deletion
To request account deletion or deactivation, email privacy@jamesmap.com with the subject "JamesMap CRM account deletion request".
Please include:
- The email address used to sign in to JamesMap CRM.
- Your company/workspace name, if known.
- Whether you are requesting account deactivation or deletion of eligible personal data.
What May Be Deleted
- Account profile data, where deletion is permitted.
- Device push tokens and local mobile session data after sign-out.
- Eligible personal data connected to your account, subject to verification.
What May Be Retained
Some CRM records, audit logs, lead history, property records, messages, or business records may be retained when required for legitimate business, security, legal, contractual, or compliance purposes. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until they are overwritten according to the backup cycle.
